I see a post below that recommends a site for researching unfamiliar campgrounds. HERE is another resource that I find quite useful.
If you haven't tried this...it works really well most of the time! Once I find a park I want to visit, I look at it with Google Earth. I can see the actual site I've reserved and the best way to approach etc. Happy Camping!

Google Earth I use as well, but doesn't allow me to see the size of sites, amenities, standards, etc.. Still is LOTS better than those directories that will tell you anything!!
New parks have been added to CampersView.com and I love the detail... If we are anywhere near these we try to stay... Enjoy your travels |
